Coaching clinics are held throughout the season. The first one will be indoors, the rest outdoors. We will hopefully be having 4 coaching clinics this year. The dates have now been confirmed. The dates are:

16th March at Assheton Bowmen-This will be indoors.

Mossley Hill - No clinic planned for 2013

13th July at Pendle & Samlesbury-This will be outdoor.

TBC September at Blackpool Bowmen.

Please make sure you bring clothes suitable for the time of year for the outdoor sessions.

Make sure you bring your lunch with you and enough drinks to get through the day. As with an other sport adequate hydration should be taken whilst exercising.
